https://item.rakuten.co.jp/kure-coin/10012216/¥8,567 for an ounce of bog standard silver coin, nothing collectable nothing rare, that is $78 at current rate of exchange, and I can find that same coin on american traders sites for aroun $23. Crazy thing is that this is the cheapest I have found so far. Many are asking ¥20,000+ for an ounce of silver, like some random new coin from UK or wherever.
This place you mentioned seems ok, but still pretty pricey from what a first glance is showing me..
