Accomplishment: This week I talked the owner of the business where I work into firing the two worthless nigs that work in the warehouse with me. They show up 3 days a week average & I finally got him to accept the reality of how much lost productivity we have because of them. He even gave a brief chuckle when I used the term "nigger tax".
Hope To Improve: I plan to keep strategically pushing the idea on him that we should just look at their first name & shred their applications when they're received.
It's the small things in life that make it worth the living.
