She is a decidedly fun person to watch because of this, she really is a high status kind of woman. She didn't from from wealth either, she seems to have been poor as fuck growing up so all of her skills are hard earned.
Qnanon on the other hand is NOT a fun individual, he fucking sucks to talk to, he probably has zero interesting skills, or shit he can share with a woman, can't sing dance or talk about anything of note. There was a reason why Tay fucking hated the Qnanon voicemail but laughed multiple times at the Bald Tay poster voicemail, having a sense of humor is critical when talking to women and Qnanon is too fucking stupid and undersocialized to ever be in a position where he can't take himself seriously.
