I bet my wealth is at least 10x yours. And my wife cooks for me most nights. Usually I sit at the counter, drink a gin and tonic and talk with her about our days as she cooks. She knows I like her in shorts and a tanktop sans bra, so that's usually what she wears. Although she wears an apron when she's frying.
She was always a good cook, but now she's outstanding. Last night we had steak, scallops, and broiled chicken hearts.
You should try not being German for a while.
