>>18353646Genesis 22:13 - Then Abraham lifted up his eyes and saw behind him a ram in the thicket, caught by its horns. So he went and took the ram and offered it as a burnt offering in place of his son. And Abraham called that place The LORD Will Provide. So to this day it is said, “On the mountain of the LORD it will be provided.”
>That mountain was the land of Moriah where Christ was sacrificed >Christ is the Lamb "The Lord will Provide">Christ is the ram which was caught in the thicket of thorns (And when they had plaited a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head)>"your only son Isaac, whom you love">John 3:16: For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. That mountain was the same mount Moriah where Christ was sacrificed for our sins and conquered over death (Golgotha sits beneath the Cross and is part of mount Moriah where the Temple sat upon) once and for all (Matthew 27:33), where the first and second temple were built (2 Chronicles 3:1 Then Solomon began to build the temple of the LORD in Jerusalem on Mount Moriah), but Christ the greater temple was raised, and the true dwelling place of God, and the mere representation collapsed, which beforehand had the curtain of the Holy of Holies tore (Matthew 27:51) (thus symbolizing Jacob's ladder, and man and God being reconciled). Because God does not dwell in temples, but in us (2 Samuel 7:5).
