You're essentially locked mentally as an adolescent which makes sense given your posting habits and behavior.
You're not a schizo you just had minor psychotic episodes and delusions for a brief period of which I assume was high stress due to your school performance slipping.
This reads like a typical evaluation for someone who "never grew up" IE most 4chan as a whole and went way overboard with seeking mental help.
It's great you got this but a lot of it doesn't coincide with any dangerous symptoms or illnesses. You're not independent. You don't have an ideal home life and it's putting pressure on you. That's what that depression is and once you cut that out you'll be fine.
Get on your feet bigudigu and use the social program you're in to get the skills you need to function independently.
Don't worry so much about your weird cutting fetish. Focus more on being okay with yourself, what you've been through and getting the skills you need.
