>>12195854>I'm gonna be born on this earth by no choice of my ownYes, and it is the most precious gift you could possibly receive.
1. Existence. Why does anything exist at all? How did our universe come into being? What reality was there before the intense inflationary period we call the big bang? Is there a meta-verse behind our "uni"-verse? If so, what created it? What outer reality, if anything, exists beyond ours?
2. Consciousness. We still don't understand this. How does a network of nerves passing signals to each other result in experienced perception? Why do we experience anything at all even though we are a sort of computer made of flesh? We don't think of our laptop or our smartphone as perceiving anything. Maybe we're wrong.
You exist and you experience your own existence, even though we don't understand why it should be so. You have been gifted an entire universe, with your body inside it. It's the greatest and most wonderful thing you could possibly be given. So, now that you have received this gift, what are you going to do with it? My suggestion: spend what you have wisely and don't take it for granted. You're going to die someday and burning in flames for eternity actually seems like a better fate than the other possibility, which is you just no longer exist, no longer experience anything.
