Your body isn't gonna cut off all that meat and regenerate into what you want to be, so unfortunately it's impossible to change your own body's genetics.
What might be possible though is a brain transplant to a genetically engineered and grown body and even then you're pushing sci-fi tech.
Not gonna happen, accept your body and find other ways to express who you are.
