the idea being that people who don't join will probably reduce the number of people in the call to a point that he can put everyone in individual calls, then those people get the benefit of being able to ask for help.

well originally he was gonna get everyone into zoom breakout calls to share their screen/camera but it turns out that's not logistically viable so he's more or less scrapping the idea
