What Christ taught is totally in accordance with it, his reasoning is flawless, nothing has to be changed ot rearranged to fit in and be understood by any contemporary culture, also there's nothing excessive about Jesus' teaching, everything is natural. Meanwhile other religions such as Islam have a heavy ideological component along with them, which is not really about spirituality.
