What Jesus doesn't forgive are those who tempt weaklings like you into sinning, like the people actively posting sexual content. It's one thing to jerk off or lust to these images and ask for forgiveness, that's fine. It's another thing to be the one posting these images and causing weaklings to sin.
Tl;Dr contain your sins and don't cause others to sin.
