>what's sanguine weekpart of mythic+ is they add extra mechanics that rotate weekly. this week one of them is called sanguine and it makes mobs you kill drop pools of blood that do insane amounts of damage and heal other mobs inside it for a ton. it's considered especially difficult for tanks because they have to wrestle the mobs around and make sure they're not standing in blood impossible to kill or dropping the blood where dps need to stand and whatnot
