Jerry rigged debris flap is working perfectly. I was wondering why I kept getting high voltage spark over error messages and constantly having to restart printing cycle. Normally that would happen if the ink is too thin and the spacing between the ink drops is too small and voltages between ink droplets would hop to an ink droplet that's suppose to be neutral. I checked the phasing interface and everything was a-okay. The solvents weren't empty and I had a thought that maybe small dust would come interfere between drops... And apparently that's the problem. Woot woot.
