Pic related is the pre-war state.
The Riding Hall is on a lower level (Csikós Courtyard) and the Guards' HQ is on the wall. This courtyard can only be approached from a completely different way anyway.
The stables are unlikely to be reconstructed.
The Royal Stable is also debated.
Joseph Archduke's Palace will get a reconstruction, this is on a higher level.
Same fro the Ministry of Defense's HQ
The Ministry of Defense won't be reconstructed (supposedly, still debated), since they'd have to build it on top of the foundations of a medieval church.
MoD HQ and Ministry of Defense were actually 3 buildings with similar facades.
