For as long as we have statistics on consumerism, married women 25-40 make up the bulk of purchases. This entire pozzed society rests on the idea that a man gets married, has kids, and then consumes products like a good like goy. The second a man says fuck this shit, he can like by himself and with minimal resources. The entire system can't stand that. So unmarried men over 30 are ostracized by both the left and the right (republicans I mean, not far right) because they are threat to both sides.
