>>21665692right now I just have 3 judgements against me - 1 for a federal student loan for 5k I pay $50/month for, 1 for a credit card for ~$6k I have 0 payment plan setup for currently and recently a 3rd one for a credit card for like $3k. basically you just have a zoom meeting with a lawyer, agree to pay the debt and set up a payment plan for the lowest amount possible. pay for a few months and then settle for the lowest amount balance. probably gonna get sued a few more times next year kek. took like a 8k loan out and never paid more than a few grand back, student loans keep changing hands every few months. Unironically the less you pay the more you can write off when you declare bankruptcy but will be a pain in the ass shuffling $ in investment accounts around so they cant (((take))) it. last time I wrote off about 60-80k of various credit card/medical debt and did a reaffirmation on my car (of which i put 10k down payment on a cc I ended up writing off kek) so got to keep that and all the $ in my bank account and investments I got to keep.
