This means that fucked up people and healthy people are having the same number of children.
Before, healthy families simply out reproduced the bad gene families. Not anymore.
So to correct this problem, we have to be much more careful with which sperm we use for reproduction. Only the best men should pass on their genes. Men who are screwed up shouldn't pass on their genes and should use some other man's genes (that have been proven to produce healthy and normal offspring).
