i thought it was 7 and 14 for a double but it doesn't matter much, i reckon there's room for experimentation and also room for more in the portafilter but i'll play it safe today.
some american southern bread thing made with corn flour that's usually savory but has the texture of a poundcake or something like that. made with batter, not dough. i've never made it myself because i don't like corn flour.
i think you'd have to be good enough to know the difference already to even understand the explanation but idk for sure. not bad, as far these shitty videos go i guess
