i was coughing too much on a packet a day.
and then the internet says 'hey, no matter what the quitting products do, they can't be worse than smoking.'
and i suppose that makes sense? 1000 different chemicals in a cigarette etcetc.
maybe liver tenderness is just because the organ's playing catch up because its not processing all the chemicals in cigarettes and im blaming nicorette spray instead?
but yeah its too expensive, its only been a couple thousand dollars this year already. cigarettes aren't in the budget
