(1) Take every other letter and give it the 'H' sound,
(2) Remember that words have gender: -o ending for masculine, -a ending for feminine.
(2a) To determine if a word is masculine or feminine, say it without the ending and ask yourself "does this word make me want to strain my neck, of limp my wrist?" — the former is a masculine word, the latter is a feminine word.
(3) Remember that you can "de la meurte" to end any sentence; example: "Donde esta el bano de la meurte?"
