every politician gets his cousin's construction company to build that new highway or stadium, uses the police or tax office to settle personal scores, doesn't obey the law, is greedy, arrogant and nepotistic. i know you're tempted to say ">that's all politicians though :D", but trust me, it applies to a much greater degree for third world and eastern euro politicians.
