Stop thinking about your problem, and start thinking of your solution.
People often get stuck in mental loops.

Stop thinking of the problem. Start making a plan on how you will solve the problem. Remember that you don't need to solve the entire thing in one go. Even losing weight can be like a 10 step plan. As long as you worked on one thing today on that list, you made more progress than yesterday.
Stop thinking about your life, and go out and live it.
