Most of the whites that live there know that they don't want to be near blacks, but for fear of losing job/social equity, say/do absolutely nothing about it. Some even have Stockholm Syndrome over it, and embrace multiculturalism and diversity without asking any questions about it whatsoever.
I was born in East Point, moved to Jonesboro, Riverdale, Point South, Fayetteville, Douglasville, Hiram, Kennesaw, Senoia; then eventually left that fucking shit hole entirely. Thanks to the military, my currently location is starting its very own demographics shift, and I'm already planning ahead for another move (you literally cannot stop military enforced demographics changes).
The average commute in the metro area is over an hour because no one wants to live near blacks. So instead of keeping them from moving into major developments and HOA'd neighborhoods and school systems (read HUD program), whites move out without finding a local job. Hence, everyone commutes into Atlanta from wherever they moved to, and causes even more problems with traffic/safety.
It's a shit hole because no one realizes what's happening in places like Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, North/South Carolina is what happened in South Africa previously. Atlanta hasn't had a white mayor since Hartsfield. Ivan Allen was white, but a progressive. Sam Massell was a Jew, and then it's been nothing but blacks since then.
There was another thread about French mayors bitching about the migrant crisis. They have no fucking clue what's coming for them. The rate of HIV infections (especially those progressive women and closeted adulterers) is about to fucking skyrocket.
