I have some first hand experience with this matter, 1. Russians today are hyper racist and agknowledge the further east you go, the more Mongols and East Asians you see, and 2. there are entire White Russian communities in the east 3. I knew a Russia girl (8/10) who said she was from Siberia, they don't mix with the Mongols, they consider it race mixing essentially
4. and most importantly, the ethnicities within Russia self segregate, due to past oppression and feeling safer among their own people, just look at Crimean Tartars for example
