Can you run a mile?
How fast?
Can you do 50 pushups in a set?
Why not?
Can you do 10 pullups?
Anyone should be able to.
Here is a basic workout plan using Calisthenics:
>run 3 miles>200 push ups>100 pullups>500 situps>100 jump squats>100 jump lunges>100 dipsYou can superset in sets of 50 to knock it out quickly.
If you're a beginner you probably can't do this right out of the gate so cut it down to something manageable, I recommend cutting reps down by 66% (1 mile, 66 pushups, 33 pullups, etc.) and adding 10% every week to reach full workout.
Some base goals should be;
>3 miles under 20min>100m under 13sec>10 pull ups per set>50 pushups per set>100 sit ups per set
