Dr. Robert Duncan was an ex-CIA scientist who worked on the psychotronic weapons. He published two books that are available on Amazon. How to Tame a Demon, and Project Soul Catcher. He has done numerous interviews and appearances. He had a twitter account and a facebook account. He was working on a new book, and one of his final tweets mentioned how he was just threatened into redacting the book. His work was critical to understand how the mind control antennas work, how they use energy and AI to read minds, cause hallucinations, and remote control bodies. This is the same technology UFOs use, and the one of the causes of Havana syndrome. He was found dead and his death was confirmed on 2024 7/20.
