I have no way of knowing if the mechanics of your 'music' could be translated into my music. I just pointed out that you can most definitely do it with normal music so that it fits.
In my case i listen one track playing on the system with one ear and the other one in my headphones and then keep correcting the pitch (the speed at which it plays) until the beats are synchronized.
