You need months and months of aimed conditioning and subtle triggers to actually invoke a worthy response to said trigger, and even then purely conditioning through subtle videos would take years and barely provoke a reaction, what "conditioning" do you think they're trying here? To make a kid scream? To make them afraid of the triggers?
I mean okay, but they're definitely not luring kids, and the notion of a "sleeper cell agent" being able to snap into a hypnotic state is nothing more than a myth.
With years of nothing but visual and audio conditioning the BEST you could do is invoke a fear and with proper aid aggression, and that is talking of uninterrupted, 30 second youtube videos for a few months will accomplish nothing.
