>>8214207I know that feel anon, I've worked as a deliverer for 2 months, delivered food by feet.I have feet problem but I also like walking miles and my feet and my back hurts a lot. Like literally I walked 20 miles yesterday, and my feet are still hurting. But it has been like this for a decade now so I'm pretty much used to it. There was also this one time I ran so fast at my job that something clicked in my back and I couldn't walk normally for a week. Only I worked 60 hours a week so those six days were a hell, 24 hours a week is not that much really, I could easily endure it.
Anyway, I suggest you going to swimming pool, hydrotherapy is great for back, also exercises in at mornings are mandatory for you. If you can take a week off then do and care for your back. If you feel like nothing helps then sorry but quitting is better imho.
