It took TWO WHOLE MONTHS to fight my way through their recruiting process and half of that time was spent on HR bullshit after they already sent me a job offer. Applications to to their dedicated recruitment department, then to hiring manager who then sends requests back to recruitment for approval. My references had to be approved by recruitment not hiring manager. There was a took week delay because their hiring system produced an error such that all these twenty fucking people who had to click buttons had to reclick. Naturally some of them were on vacation at the time.
I'm used to being hired by one guy and maybe his secretary. This was such a mess.
