I remember talking on the phone, setting up how much and how long will it take for them to finish certain tasks and when I came up without any warning to them on another day with different shift, they did it right away.
I mean, yeah pleasant surprise, but the fact that they are so disorganized and/or client unfriendly, and ocassionally just lazy doesn't give them much reputation from me.
