Most are pretty nice if you get to know them. Even if it seems like they're doing something bad, they usually think they're doing good. Anyone can change for the better.
Group think can be a problem though. People will the same mindset gather together to bully others, and that's no good. People are only ever "truly evil" when they're in groups
