>>12744579Well, it might be, or it might not be. There are many planets where there could be aliens. Some of them might have great empires and super-advanced technology. Others might just be small-scale farers in the sea of stars.
It could be possible that some might occasionally bump into Earth, but it might not necessarily be for the sake of invading. Maybe some might only be interested in learning about Earth's life forms and appreciating them on an aesthetic or intellectual level.
If they wanted to conquer us, we might not have much of a possiblity of fighting back. We could submit to them willingly, or they could just brainwash us into doing it.
Whatever be the case, it wouldn't be something that Earth would be able to gain much out of, unless being turned into a colony factory planet sounds like something you think would be beneficial for us.
