I am not saying they aren't sentient or responsible for their actions, but yes absolutely: the leaders and the influence of the society DO determine the type, quality of its women and its younger generations.
tl;dr - see them as misguided and retrainable. The only woman you should "hate" is the one fully devoted to evil that can not be retrained to right and sense under any circumstances. You'd be amazed some of the women I have turned and started to turn back to good sense and morals bro.
