The Vatican is not the entire Church. Just as there were many fake heretical popes throuhout history, also there were many heretical bishops. What makes the faithful is the Body of Christ, whose meat is made of stone, to last to eternity. And it members are its faithful who are thirsty to have His blood. Be it Catholic, be it Orthodox, be it Syrian, they are all the same Church with little difference in doctrine, just out of the unity if the head of Rome, which is currently fake.
Just don't apostatize as a Protestant.
