Regarding investing, I can tell you what I'm doing: a mix of mutual funds, shidcoins, and physical silver. In the US we have what are called "90% junk" bags. The idea is that these will be immediately recognizable to normies (per face value, 1964 and prior coins had 0.71 troy oz of silver, so it's a fairly quick conversion.)
