That's just a gamble of course, i have no hard evidence, nor a source of any kind.
But i am about 90% sure. I saw a dog in that state once, and he was dead then, so i can make a pretty safe assumption that this dog might be dead (with a 10% failure rate which is acceptable, in the case the dog is not dead, i will accept to resign from my position). So one could assume the dog might be dead on a bright day.
