Delirium is the final boss from the franchise The Binding of Isaac
"Delirium is Isaac's manifestation of the "white light at the end of the tunnel" where the entire history of his life flashes before his eyes, moments before Isaac's death"
Just as the name implies, Delirium(delirious) does not have a specific pattern(kind of) because he's able to take the form of other bosses from the game while also teleporting erratically while shooting projectiles in the room
The biggest flaw with this boss fight is that, most of the time, no matter how well you play, you'll wake up with him on top of you (thus telefragging = teleport frag = he teleported right into you).
He's especially difficult for characters with low health and Tainted Keeper is one of them, having only 2 HP and cannot benefit from health upgrades, meaning that only 2 hits are necessary to kill you for good.
