Unmarked capsules are a big sign of a street pill mainly because it's regulation in most countries to clearly label pharmaceuticals so they can be identified properly. When you find pills without serials on them you're likely dealing with a party drug in pill form for ease of transport and comfortability of use. Not everyone wants to look like a junkie smoking DMT so they'll get a street capsule. Some street pills of good enough quality will have their own brand labels on them kind of like a street signature of the dealer or manufacturer.
Street pharmas can be great if you're into that thing but many of them use subpar and sometimes toxic fillers to stretch their product. Everything from aspirin to baby laxative could be in that pill as a filler or you could have the dumb asshole who used small traces of talcum powder as a filler.
If you really want to know what it is you can get a test kit online which is what I really recommend.
