I have live through hell when it comes to the Navy, so much so that I wanted to eat a bullet while on watch, but there was always something in the back of my head telling me not to. I have gone through two deployments and lived in the absolute shitfest that is San Diego, and it has awakened something in me that I couldn't even comprehend seven years ago. I am now focusing on getting a fixer-upper house in the middle of Kentucky and living my life to the fullest. I've been there several times and the community will allow for belonging without any social pressures that you can think of. There are better environments to live in, it's just a matter of figuring out how to break away from all of this chaos and bullshit.
