Put simply, Kelly Omega refused to let it be added to the list of misses which was already growing too damn long. There was no real beef between the two, but one or two friendly jabs of the regular pro-wrestling variety taken out of context was all the two veterans needed until something had to give.
As Omega stormed through Royalla Tigra in a short and ugly opening round contest, and then overcame Pizza Girl in the main event of night two, things were suddenly poised for a clash of professional wrestling torchbearers.
Finally, after numerous heated and personal back and forth comments directed at the other, Omega and Elfina would finally meet in the semifinals of this prestigious tournament, where it would be Elfina who knocked Omega out of what was to be her grand return to the west -- literally. Unimaginably, victory would come to Punk Elf by way of knockout, just shy of 15 minutes of intense action, with a near perfect rating by the live crowd. Despite this evaluation, comments toward Omega were harsh, "The Breast Bout Machine" having made no effort to endear herself to the audience or viewers at home.
But... a targeted assault through the match to Elfina's knee from Omega saw the "Punk Elf" vacate the newly minted Waifumania World Championship only days after going on to win this inaugural Tournament. Elfina would soon after disappear entirely, then reappear some months later swearing vengeance, only to vanish once more, seemingly permanently. The head-to-head rankings between one of independent wrestling's proponents and a legend of Japanese professional wrestling sits at an unsatisfying 1-0, no pinfalls between the two.
