Legit, because of how shit the situation is over there, you can buy some homes for a fucking dollar. I shit you not. I believe the property is government owned or some crap and the reason it's cheap is because the government wants to charge tax for the owners of the property.
Basically low demand causes prices to cheapen from my understanding.

There is OBVIOUSLY I clusterfuck issue with rent.
I would go as far as to say this is the GREATEST issue in america.
