We were cleaning the upper room in our house when I looked up and saw it. Being a movie nut I didn't take my eyes off it and demanded her attention. We both stared at it for a good five minutes, both gave a description of what we were looking at, and then both broke eye contact at the same time for just a moment. When we looked back it was gone.
It was white. Mainly. With a reflective band about 30% of its width. Its an old memory so my recall of its colors are a bit obscure, I think it had a gold-ish ring on the lower part of it.
But main thing I remember was us both looking back and trying to see if maybe it was a weird cloud formation. But there wasn't anything.
These are real, they exist, 2021 is going to be absolutely wild.
