It's been brought up a couple of times and I've dismissed it as a "mindless, addictive and ad-riddled substitution to socialisation or McSocial, as I like to call it." I explain that people who need to speak to me have my number and I'm always one call away. They always seem to accept that answer and it no longer seems to be an issue afterwards... I think it throws off the whole "red flag" thing when you just come off as a pretentious hipster rather than someone with something to hide.
