Do you even realize what the yearly flu vaccines are? They literally guess (wrongly) what the next strain of flu will be and manufacture a couple million vaccines for it. After they realize they were wrong (again) when a different strain happens in the Fall, they still need to make their shekels on the vaccines so they keep shoving them in people's arms.
