Whoever's running the account posts the exact same topic multiple times to several different subreddits. They also flip-flop their positions ("I'm so happy I cut off my genitals!" followed by "I'm so sad I cut off my genitals!") constantly.
And then they post random meme images to the tumblr subreddit to farm updoots.
