Secondly you do know the russians and chinese would be able to identify and track any such object even remotely close to earth......you would have to construct the thing behind the sun, and you dont think people are going to notice the thousands of tonnes of equipment and material being sent to the construction site.
and thirdly what possible use would such a large ship have, it would have a limited amount of counter measures, with extreme difficulty in resupplying it, any advanced nation could send out missles to overwhelm it's defenses. And what offensive advantages would it offer over that of a traditional icbm.
And why for the love of god would the russians or chinese go along with the "secret", and im pretty sure Putin isnt exactly in the mood to be doing the US any favours!!
