As I said strong posters never needed the jannies or the mod team to fight their battles. But as it became apparent that physical differences would most definitely determine the future of the board- conflict and defending ones liberties become a crime. The strong posters aren't allowed to lead because they might hurt someone weaker who plays up and the janny has to give them a chiding, and the weak can't lead because they are just weak.
