Thing is with the vaccine most of Africa hasn't taken it, so if it is for depopulation it won't work. Unless of course the vaccine is to protect against another actually deadly virus that has yet to be released. Which will kill off most dissenters instead of the good little sheep, as that would make much more sense. Why keep a population of troublemakers and people that will probably fight back alive?
