They have streamlined pointed heads and webbed paws which allow them to dive headfirst into water and catch swimming fish. They're mostly considered nocturnal, but spend long hours waiting at the waterside at dusk and dawn when fish are most active. The fishing cat can swim long distances underwater to chase its prey.
